Zebra Record contains information about the Mo' Creatures mod.
The Zebra Record is a music disk added in the Mo' Creatures mod. Although its track is titled "C418 - shuffling", the tune itself was not actually composed by C418.
When put into a jukebox, the record plays the a few seconds of "Party Rock Anthem", which is right after they say "shake that" at the beginning. This part loops for about 1 minute and 6 seconds.
The disk itself looks like zebra fur with a gold ring. It does not drop from creepers if shot by a skeleton. The only way to get it is by performing a Right Click on a zebra with a music disk equipped.
