One-Way Rails act like normal rails until powered by redstone. When powered by redstone, the track will only let minecarts travelling in the direction the arrow is pointing through. Minecarts travelling in the opposite direction to the arrow will be redirected in the opposite direction with a small loss in the momentum with which they entered. If the minecart is pushed towards the arrow, it won't be allowed past. There is also a gated version.
