Used to absorb and disperse liquids. To be used, you must connect it to at least one Fluid Pipe and then a Pump. The best use for it would most likely be to transfer lava from a lake in the nether (or overworld) to under an industrial craft pump filling lava cells for a Geothermal Generator.
