The cooling cell is an item for use in a Nuclear Reactor or as part of the recipe for the Overclocker Upgrade and Integrated Heat Disperser. In the Nuclear Reactor, it absorbs heat from any Uranium Cells directly next to it (it does not work diagonally) so that the reactor does not overheat. It stores up to 10,000 heat before melting. If the cell's durability bar is low and left in the Nuclear Reactor, it will recharge over time. It Disperses one heat per tick.

It is made by placing a Water cell inside an Extractor.

Coolant Cells do not stack.
