Brain-in-a-Jar with bookshelves

What else can I say? It's a brain in a jar. It does occasionally whisper something useful - maybe you should use it instead of bookcases for enchanting or research...

Usage Edit

It functions identically to a Bookcase for Enchantment Tables, Thaumic Enchanters, Quaesitums and Occultic Enchanters. Additionally, it improves the speed of Occultic Enchanters and reduces the failure rate and loss rate of a Quaesitum.

Recipe Edit

On some older versions of Thaumcraft, this recipe may work:

Notes Edit

  • The Dark Infuser discovery is a prerequisite to getting the Brain-in-a-Jar theory.
  • This discovery can only be made researching Zombie Brains. It is a prerequisite for the Occultic Enchanter.
  • It is classified as Forbidden Knowledge.
  • When the player approaches, the brain will turn towards them.
